The Center for Spine & Joint Wellness has closed as of December 9th, 2011. 

Dr. Berkwits will resume practicing in Greenville, South Carolina at Upstate Medical Rehabilitation (UMR) / Greenville Hospital System on February 22, 2012. 

Upstate Medical Rehabilitation is a member of the Institute for Musculoskeletal Health and Wellness at Greenville Hospital System.  The Institute provides comprehensive musculoskeletal and spine care and includes as it's members  Steadman-Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas and Southeastern Spine and Neurosurgical Institute.

Appointments may be scheduled with Dr. Berkwits by calling (864) 797-7100.

If you are a former patient of Dr. Berkwits, please tell the UMR scheduler so that your medical records can be transferred to UMR.
